Corrections, disputes and removals
Bristol Kitchen Fitters HQ is an independent directory that ranks kitchen installation and remodelling businesses across Bristol. Every listing pulls from publicly available information: business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and opening hours come from public records. Scores and review summaries are generated automatically from Google reviews using a single, consistent rubric applied fairly to every business on the site. Listing here is completely free, and payment has no effect on your score or ranking. If your listing needs updating, you believe your score reflects wrong data, or your business should be removed, this page explains how we handle each request. Fixing factual details
Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and the services you list all come from public data sources. If any of these details are wrong, send us the correct information along with proof we can verify against, such as your website, Google Business Profile, or official business registration. Once verified, we update your listing permanently. Corrections survive future data refreshes, so you will not see them revert.
Disputing your score
Scores are never hand-edited. If you believe your score is unfair, the issue is almost always that the underlying data is wrong: the listing may be matched to the wrong business, reviews may be attributed to you incorrectly, or a summary may misrepresent what reviewers actually wrote. When you dispute a score, we re-examine the source data and regenerate your listing from scratch. A dispute is not a request for us to improve your number; it is a claim that the input data feeding that number is inaccurate.
Requesting removal
We remove listings when a business has permanently closed, when a listing is a duplicate of another entry, or when a business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our system re-verifies listings monthly and automatically removes any that have closed. If your listing is accurate and your business is in scope, we may decline a removal request. When we decline, we will tell you why plainly.

How long it takes
Every request gets acknowledged within 5 business days. If we confirm your removal request, we action it within 7 days. When we decline a request, we explain our reasoning at the same time.
