Bristol Kitchen Fitters HQ publishes Bristol Kitchen Fitters HQ, an independent directory of Kitchen Fitters businesses in Bristol. Most visits leave nothing personal with us at all. This page covers the cases that do: enquiry forms, attribution data, and the third-party services the site loads.

What we collect

The forms on this site (enquiries and quote requests) collect the details you type in: name, email address, phone number, your message, and any service or timing answers the form asks for. Each submission also carries the URL of the page it was sent from, plus traffic-source attribution such as the referring site and UTM parameters, so we know which page and channel the enquiry came through.

Who receives your enquiry

Your submission goes through our lead-capture processor, which delivers it to the Kitchen Fitters business you enquired about and to the site operator. Those are the only recipients of a form submission.

Local storage

To keep attribution accurate, the site stores traffic-source details (referrer, landing page, UTM parameters) in your browser’s sessionStorage. This is first-party, lives only for the current browser session, and is not a tracking cookie: it never follows you to other sites and disappears when the session ends.

Analytics

This site may run Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager. Where analytics is enabled, those services may set cookies to measure visits and page use, under Google’s own privacy terms.

Services this site loads

Three third-party services can receive requests from your browser while you use this site: Google Fonts, which serves the site’s typefaces; OpenStreetMap, which serves map tiles; and Cloudflare Turnstile, which protects forms from spam when enabled. Each sees request data such as your IP address and handles it under its own policy.

Where listing data comes from

Listings are built from public sources such as Google Business Profile reviews. What we keep is derived analysis: scores, summaries, and sentiment, never the raw review text itself. Businesses that want a listing corrected or removed can follow the listing policy.

Retention and your requests

Enquiry details are retained while they are needed to deliver and follow up the enquiry, and not longer than that purpose requires. You can ask for access to your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, by writing to hello@kitchenfittersbristol.com.
